5972ef28fd [svn-r9718] Purpose: 
Change time-limit to be in the unit of minutes which is easier
to use than unit of seconds.

Description:
Setup the time limit with the wrong unit concept.  300 is only
300 seconds, not 300 minutes.  Set them to the correct values.
