This is where most people will expect to find license information. The
COPYING_LBNL_HDF5 file has also been renamed to LICENSE_LBNL_HDF5.
The licenses are unchanged.

of the University of Illinois", which is kept in the top-level COPYING file.
* Modify temporary rpath for testing in java example scripts.
* Update URL in source file Copyright headers for web copy of COPYING
file - files not in src or test.
clock_gettime() wasn't being found, so some configure changes
were needed to set an appropriate POSIX level and use a C99
compiler. This required several compiler flag changes.

Change copyright headers to replace url referring to file to be removed and replace it with new url for COPYING file.
Updates to older special config files in configure.ac:
- solaris2.x renamed to solaris. There are recent changes to this file
but the "2.x" is misleading since the changes are applied to all
versions.
- Removed support for OSF 4.x/5.x (Digital and Tru64 Unix). We no
longer have the config files for these.
