f19e06b59e testpar/t_2Gio.c: Fix a typo that I think was introduced by a
previous warnings PR. An array element was assigned to
        itself---shape[2]Â =Â shape[2];---instead of being assigned to
        chunk[2].

fortran/src/H5Pf.c: move conditional compilation controlled by
H5_NO_DEPRECATED_SYMBOLS outside of a function for readability.

fortran/src/H5match_types.c: put a variable's declaration under the same
        conditional compilation (H5_FORTRAN_HAVE_C_LONG_DOUBLE) as its
        use.

For now, skip compilation of some unused debug dump routines in the JNI.
While I'm in the JNI, delete a set-but-unused variable.

src/H5Z.c: condition a variable declaration on H5_NO_DEPRECATED_SYMBOLS
so that it's not declared but unused or vice versa.

test/cache_common.h: add an #include in to get some symbols we need to
        avoid implicit declaration warnings.

test/dsets.c: use a more conventional conditional-compilation syntax.

test/dt_arith.c, test/fillval.c: initialize a bunch of uninitialized
        variables before use.

test/vfd.c: pass the expected type of `void **` to posix_memalign(3)
        instead of `int **`.

testpar/t_bigio.c: explicitly compare with 0 instead of using ! when
"equal to 0?" is the question not "is false?" Repair some
        indentation while I'm here.

testpar/testpar.h: repair misaligned line-continuation backslashes in a
macro that probably should be a function so that we don't have
to fiddle with the line continuation to begin with.

tools/src/h5repack/h5repack_main.c: fix some compiler fussing about
        enums.

tools/test/perform/pio_engine.c: the compiler fusses if you cast a
function call returning double directly to off_t. It's ok if
you cast a variable that's a double to off_t, however. Write
and use a new function, sqrto(), to avoid the cast warnings.

* commit '54957d37f5aa73912763dbb6e308555e863c43f4':
Commit copyright header change for src/H5PLpkg.c which was added after running script to make changes.
Add new files in release_docs to MANIFEST. Cimmit changes to Makefile.in(s) and H5PL.c that resulted from running autogen.sh.
Merge pull request #407 in HDFFV/hdf5 from ~LRKNOX/hdf5_lrk:hdf5_1_10_1 to hdf5_1_10_1
Change copyright headers to replace url referring to file to be removed and replace it with new url for COPYING file.

602c716f76 [svn-r22758] Description:
Bring generic improvements from encode/decode property list branch to
the trunk. This includes a better version of the property list comparison
routine, cleaned up compiler warnings, and some cleaned up property list
callbacks. Also, started on changes to clean up parallel test output, so that
it doesn't report successful tests from each process.

Tested on:
    Mac OSX/64 10.7.4 (amazon) w/debug, GCC 4.7.x, FORTRAN, C++, threadsafe and parallel
    Linux 2.6/32 (jam) w/debug
    Solaris 2.7/64 (linew) w/debug

e6622c86a8 [svn-r19959] Bug: the VRFY macro, for some reason, called MPI_Finalize() when it encountered
error and wanted to exit the test program. This was not good since if only a
subset of processes called MPI_Finalize(), the other processes will likely
hang. That happened in AIX that it would waited till the alarm signal to kill
the processes. Definitely a waste of time.
Solution: Changed it to call MPI_Abort.

That showed another problem. HDF5 has setup atexit post-process to try to close
unclose objects, release resources, etc. But if the MPI processes have
encountered an error and has been aborted, it is not likely any more MPI calls
can function properly. E.g., it would attempt to free some communicators in
the HDF5 MPIO file handle. It would again hang.
Solution: need to call H5dont_atexit() to disable any atexit post-processing.
This must be done early, like before calling H5open. This is added to each
parallel test main program.

testphdf5.h:
Changed macros VRFY and MESG. Added comments too.

testphdf5.c:
t_mpi.c:
t_cache.c:
t_shapesame.c:
    Added H5dont_atexit.

Tested: h5committest.

ed7d456e51 [svn-r13253] Updated all C and C++ style source code files with the THG copyright notice.
Tested platform:
Kagiso only since it is only a comment block change. If it works in one
machine, it should work in all, I hope. Still need to check the parallel
build on copper.

9d8d5392b2 [svn-r10125] Purpose:
Feature--to provide a standalone mode for t_mpi.c so that it can
be built outside of PHDF5 environment.

Description:
Move definitions that are common to all parallel test programs
to a new header file called testpar.h.
Leave only Parallel HDF5 tests related definitions in testphdf5.h.

Platforms tested:
heping (pp) and modi4(PP). Copper was down.
