Document bug fix
Description:
    IMPORTANT! IMPORTANT! IMPORTANT!
    A case where metadata in a file could get corrupted in certain unusual
    sitations was detected and fixed.

    I _strongly_ suggest upgrading to the latest snapshot after this patch is
    committed.
