[svn-r10007] Purpose:

Browse Source 
Bug fix.

Description:
ph5diff is still being fixed.
Changed this to report all failures but will not flag them as
errors so that daily tests can continue.  Will be fixed soon.

Platforms tested:
Tested in sol (pp) where it has most failures.

Misc. update:
