Merge pull request in HDFFV/hdf5 from ~MAINZER/hdf5_jrm:develop to develop

  Removed commeted out code from H5C_dump_coll_write_list()
  Checkin of fix for CGNS bug (https://jira.hdfgroup.org/browse/HDFFV-10055).
