[svn-r11063] Purpose:

Bug fix

Description:
An earlier bug fix to plotting when the minimum number of processors was not 1
caused the -procs argument to be ignored.

Solution:
Added a check to see what the -procs argument was set to and plot accordingly.

Platforms tested:
