[svn-r13213] For Both README.txt and RELEASE.txt,

Browse Source 
Added the WARNING messages of unstable temporary formats.

For README.txt,
In addition, also updated website name to hdfgroup.org, updated email addresses
new names and new subscription instructions.

Platforms tested:
Eyeballed since these are just information files.
