Purpose:
    Maintenancece.
Description:
    F90 APIs would not compile anymore for || version..
Solution:
    Replaced old functions h5pset(get)_mpio, h5set(get)_xfer with
    ones h5pset(get)_fapl_m and h5pset(get)_dxpl_mpio_f

Platforms tested:
    O2K.
