Purpose:
    New feature
Description:
    Allow H5Glink and H5Gmove to handle links across different locations.
Solution:
    Added H5Glink2 and H5Gmove2 functions with new parameter of destination
    location.
Platforms tested:
    Linux 2.2(eirene)
