Removed Files:
    fortran/config/powerpc-ibm-aix4.2.1.0
    fortran/config/powerpc-ibm-aix4.3.2.0
    These files are outdated and have been replaced by powerpc-ibm-aix4.x.
Modified Files:
    MANIFEST
    Update it.
Platforms tested:
    Only on LLNL blue.  LLNL SP are the only machines that use
    these files and that I have access.
