[svn-r26117] Autotools work HDFFV-9067,

Removed restiction of disabling shared libraries on the MAC, H5_FORTRAN_SHARED was replaced with HAVE_SHARED_CONDITIONAL since H5_FORTRAN_SHARED was removed.
