[svn-r24727] Description:

Revert change of sprintf -> snprintf, due to failures on Windows.  We'll
need to figure out the correct course of action in the future.

Tested on:
    MacOSX/64 10.9.1 (amazon) w/C++, FORTRAN
    (too minor to require h5committest)
