clayjohn 9141984e7e Enable GLES3 on Android
Add necessary build flags and switch from using a
GLES2 context to a GLES3 one.

This also enables building for OpenXR

This folder contains the Java and C++ (JNI) code for the Android platform port, using Gradle as a build system.
