Rémi Verschelde 8ac1bcfd3d Fix init of VisualServerRaster
Contrarily to what #23434 assumed, this is not a memory leak,
the VisualServerRaster instance is passed as a parameter to
VisualServerWrapMT's constructor.

Fixes #23437.
