Improve AudioStreamSample and AudioStreamGenerator documentation
- Add a link to the audio generator demo in AudioStreamGenerator
  and AudioStreamGeneratorPlayback.
- Mention that signed PCM8 data is expected in AudioStreamSample
  (and how to convert unsigned PCM8 to signed PCM8).
