	* sysdeps/arm/bits/setjmp.h (__jmp_buf): Remove floating-point support.
	(_JMPBUF_UNWINDS): Added.
	* sysdeps/arm/fpu/bits/setjmp.h: New file.

	* sysdeps/mach/hurd/Makefile: Use the `before-compile' target in
	order to build header files, not `generated'.
