Change users. * sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/i386/dl-procinfo.c: New file. * sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/i386/Dist: Add dl-procinfo.c. * sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/i386/Makefile: Add rules to build dl-procinfo.c.
