This patch adds GLIBC_2.3 and GLIBC_2.19 mark on Version.def so they are always
define in abi-versions.h. This fixes a build issue with fe_nomask.c in PPC64
LE where neither GLIBC_2_3 or GLIBC_2_19 are defined for SHLIB_COMPAT, resulting
in a wrong evaluation in the macro.
Another example of all the 64bit arches getting the definition via a
common file, but the 32bit ones all adding it by themselves and hppa
was missed.
I'm not entirely sure about the usage of GLIBC_2.19 symbols here.
We'd like to backport this so people can use it, but it means we'd
be releasing a glibc-2.17/glibc-2.18 with a GLIBC_2.19 symbol in it.
But maybe it won't be a big deal since you'd only get that 2.19 ref
if you actually used the symbol ?
There hasn't been a glibc release where hppa worked w/out a bunch of
patches, so in reality there's only two distros that matter -- Gentoo
and Debian.

This patch introduces two new convenience functions to set the default
thread attributes used for creating threads. This allows a programmer
to set the default thread attributes just once in a process and then
run pthread_create without additional attributes.
This feature is specifically for the C++ compiler to offload calling
thread_local object destructors on thread program exit, to glibc.
This is to overcome the possible complication of destructors of
thread_local objects getting called after the DSO in which they're
defined is unloaded by the dynamic linker. The DSO is marked as
'unloadable' if it has a constructed thread_local object and marked as
'unloadable' again when all the constructed thread_local objects
defined in it are destroyed.
No longer is Berkeley db used. Instead a simple hash function is used.
The database files are not updated once they are created and therefore
no complicated database is needed.
The kernel from 2.3.31 on supports the rt_tgsigqueueinfo syscall.
Use it to implement the non-standard extension which, like
sigqueue, can pass additional data to the receiving thread.
If longjmp restores the stack frame to an address which is beyond
the stack frame at the time of the longjmp call it would install
an uninitialized stack frame. If compiled with _FORTIFY_SOURCE
defined, longjmp will now bail out in this situation.
