	* sysdeps/generic/pty-private.h: ...here.
	* sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/pty-private.h: New file.  Linux specific
	version.
	* login/programs/pt_chown.c (do_pt_chown): Use unix98_pseudo_p is
	available.
