* sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/i386/syscalls.list (fallocate): Add fallocate

syscall as __fallocate64.
	* sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/i386/posix_fallocate.c: New file.
	* sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/i386/posix_fallocate64.c: New file.
