tst-mcheck: Rename to tst-malloc-check

Browse Source 
MALLOC_CHECK_ and mcheck() are two different malloc checking features.
tst-mcheck does not check mcheck(), instead it checks MALLOC_CHECK_,
so rename the file to avoid confusion.
