Update feature tests to use __USE_ISOC9X.

[__USE_ISOC9X]: Define __log2 and __exp2 inlines.
(fabs): Remove defininition, it is a gcc builtin.
(sqrt, __sqrt): Remove definition, they have wrappers in libm.
