2002-10-17 Roland McGrath <roland@redhat.com>

* elf/dl-close.c (remove_slotinfo): Take new argument.  If false,
	allow IDX to be one past the current last slotinfo entry.
	(_dl_close): Pass IMAP->l_init_called for that parameter.
