	(USING_POSIX_PLATFORM): ... here.
	* Makefile.am: Delete USING_ECOS_PLATFORM.
	* configure, Makefile.in, include/Makefile.in, testsuite/Makefile.in,
	external/Makefile.in, external/sax/Makefile.in,
	external/w3c_dom/Makefile.in, gcj/Makefile.in: Regenerate.
