Gerald Pfeifer f540975a80 snapshot-README: Use GCC instead of gcc...
* snapshot-README: Use GCC instead of gcc, C++ front end instead of
	g++ language, and note that Java includes a run time.
	* snapshot.index.html: Ditto.

When a particular snapshot is ready for public consumption the LATEST-IS-
file is updated and a message is sent to the gcc list. Please do not use
a snapshot before it has been announced that way.
