* boehm.cc (_Jv_InitGC): Check both HAVE_DLFCN_H and HAVE_DLADDR
	before calling GC_register_has_static_roots_callback.
	(_Jv_RegisterLibForGc): Likewise, test for both HAVE_DLFCN_H and
	HAVE_DLADDR before calling dladdr.
