        * java/lang/Class.java (getClassLoaderInternal): New method.
        (forName (String, Class)): Use getClassLoaderInternal.
        (getPackage): Likewise.
        (getResource): Likewise.
        (getResourceAsStream): Likewise.
        (desiredAssertionStatus): Likewise.

This is libgcj: the runtime library for gcj, the GNU Compiler for Java. 
libgcj provides a partial implementation of the Java Class Libraries.
