(fdopen, error, fatal, fatal_perror): Don't prototype. (my_strerror): Remove. All callers use xstrerror instead. (xcalloc, xmalloc, xrealloc, xstrdup, putenv): Remove definitions. (main): Add prototype. Constify lots of char* ptrs. Change calls to xcalloc/strcpy/strcat/... to one call to concat.
