	Now package-private, not protected.
	* java/text/DateFormatSymbols.java (equals): Now private.
	* java/text/DecimalFormatSymbols.java (safeGetChar): Now private.
	* java/util/BitSet.java: Class no longer final.
	* java/util/Set.java (toArray(Object[])): New method.
