* interpret.cc: Don't include ExceptionEvent.h.
        * gnu/gcj/jvmti/natExceptionEvent.cc: Remove.
        * Makefile.am (nat_source_files): Remove natExceptionEvent.cc.
        * Makefile.in: Regenerated.
