Tom Tromey d6ee617dd7 re PR libgcj/6389 (System.getProperty("") should always throw an IllegalArgumentException) 
* libjava.compile/T20020604.java: New file.

	For PR libgcj/6389:
	* libjava.mauve/xfails: Now passes System.getProperty test.

	For PR java/1343 and PR java/6336:
	* libjava.compile/PR1343.java: New file.

	For PR java/5913:
	* libjava.compile/PR5913.xfail: Removed.
