* gnu/gcj/jni/natNativeThread.cc: New file.
	* gnu/gcj/jni/NativeThread.java: New file.
	* java/lang/Thread.java (data): Now a RawData.
	* include/jvm.h (_Jv_GetCurrentJNIEnv, _Jv_SetCurrentJNIEnv):
