	PR libstdc++/47185
	* src/placeholders.cc: New.
	* src/Makefile.am: Adjust.
	* src/Makefile.in: Regenerate.
	* include/std/functional (placeholders::_1, _2, ..., _29): Declare
	extern.
	* config/abi/pre/gnu.ver: Export.
