	(FUNCTION_ARG):  For TARGET_HITACHI, don't pass unnamed
	arguments in registers.
	(PRETEND_OUTGOING_VARARGS_NAMED): Define.
	* va-sh.h (entire file): If __HITACHI__ is defined, use sh[123]
	flavour varargs.
