David Daney 0eab3aad58 Fixed Changelog from last commit. to be: 
* configure.host (disable_dladdr): Remove variable and its
	documentation.
	* configure.ac: Do not test for disable_dladdr.
	* configure: Regenerate.
	* include/config.h.in: Regenerate.
