	* include/tr1_impl/random (struct _Adaptor): Use only remove_reference
	on _Engine.
	(struct _Adaptor<_Engine*, _Distribution>): Add.
	* testsuite/tr1/5_numerical_facilities/random/variate_generator/
	37986.cc: Extend.

New users may wish to point their web browsers to the file
index.html in the 'doc/html' subdirectory.  It contains brief
building instructions and notes on how to configure the library in
