* config.sub: Recognize gnu-gnu* along with linux-gnu* as a valid
 	kernel-os combination.  Remove `-gnu*' from the portable systems
 	list.  Add `-gnu-gnu*'.  Add new rule for `-gnu*' to turn it into
 	two part name.
