        definitions for the driver.
        (gcc.o): Make rule use $(DRIVER_DEFINES).
        * gcc.c (process_command) [LANG_SPECIFIC_DRIVER]: Call
        lang_specific_driver, passing along the addr of FATAL for errors
        along with our ARGC and ARGV.
