* libgcc2.c (__eh_pcnthrow): Add support -fno-sjlj-exceptions
	-fPIC exception handling on the SPARC.
	* sparc.h (DONT_ACCESS_GBLS_AFTER_EPILOGUE): Likewise.
	* libgcc2.c (__eh_ffetmnpc): Remove.
