The patch is straightforward: it redefines ARMv8_1m_main as having the same features as ARMv8m_main (and thus as having the cmse feature) with the extra features represented by armv8_1m_main. This directory contains the GNU Compiler Collection (GCC). The GNU Compiler Collection is free software. See the files whose names start with COPYING for copying permission. The directory INSTALL contains copies of the installation information as HTML and plain text. The source of this information is gcc/doc/install.texi.
