* function.c (expand_function_start): Call PROFILE_HOOK.
* config/rs6000/aix.h: Define PROFILE_HOOK.
* config/rs6000/rs6000-protos.h: output_profile_hook new.
* config/rs6000/rs6000.c (output_profile_hook): Define.
(output_prolog): Do nothing for ABI_AIX as it is taken care by
output_profile_hook.
tm.texi : Explain new macro PROFILE_HOOK.
