Rainer Orth 7f9fc00642 physmem.c (physmem_total): Test for GSI_PHYSMEM.
* physmem.c (physmem_total) [HAVE_GETSYSINFO]: Test for
	GSI_PHYSMEM.
	(physmem_available) [HAVE_TABLE]: Test for TBL_VMSTATS.
