David Edelsohn 309323c219 {aix43.h,aix5.1} (ASM_CPU_SPEC): Add power3 synonym for 630. 
* config/rs6000/{aix43.h,aix5.1} (ASM_CPU_SPEC): Add power3
        synonym for 630.  Add power4.  Remove embedded processors.  Use -m604
        assembler option.
        (CPP_CPU_SPEC): Add power3 and power4.
        (PROCESSOR_DEFAULT): Change to 604e.
        * config/rs6000/rs6000.h (ASM_CPU_SPEC): Similar additions.
        (CPP_CPU_SPEC): Similar additions.
        (enum process_type): Add POWER4.
        (RTX_COSTS): Add POWER4.
        (CPP_CPU_SPEC): Similar additions.
        * config/rs6000/linux64.h (PROCESSOR_DEFAULT): Define.
        * config/rs6000/rs6000.c (rs6000_override_options): Add power4.
        (rs6000_adjust_cost): Add 603, 604, 604e, 620, 630, Power4 to
        branch adjustment.
        (rs6000_issue_rate): Add Power4.
        * config/rs6000/rs6000.md (cpu attr): Add power4.
        (iu compare): Remove 604, 604e, 620, 630.
        Add basic Power4 scheduling information.
        (mfcr/mtcrf): Change type attribute to cr_logical.

This directory contains the GNU Compiler Collection (GCC).

The GNU Compiler Collection is free software.  See the file COPYING
for copying permission.  The manuals, and some of the runtime
libraries, are under different terms; see the individual source files
for details.

The directory INSTALL contains copies of the installation information
as HTML and plain text.  The source of this information is
gcc/doc/install.texi.  The installation information includes details
of what is included in the GCC sources and what files GCC installs.

See the file gcc/doc/gcc.texi (together with other files that it
includes) for usage and porting information.  An online readable
version of the manual is in the files gcc/doc/gcc.info*.
