* java/text/SimpleDateFormat.java: Re-merged with Classpath.

	gnu/gcj/text/LocaleData_en_US.java: Removed.
	* java/text/DateFormatSymbols.java (clone): Use Classpath
	implementation.
	(equals): Simplified.
	(DateFormatSymbols): Look in gnu.java.locale for information.
