Always require type specifiers before trying to redeclare a typedef name. (typename): Allow for attributes but warn that they are ignored. (parmlist, firstparm, setspecs_fp): Include attributes in parmlist; suck them off the parser stack in firstparm using setspecs_fp. testsuite: * gcc.c-torture/compile/20010313-1.c: New test.
