	* src/Makefile.in:  Ditto.

	* include/bits/c++config:  Move relevant macros to here.
	* include/backward/alloc.h:  Include c++config.h instead.

	* include/backward/heap.h:  Ditto.
	* include/backward/pair.h:  Ditto.
	* include/bits/pthread_allocimpl.h:  Ditto.
