	* configure.in: Don't turn on long long by default.
	* configure: Regenerate.
	* include/c/bits/std_cstdio.h: Remove c++config.h include.
	* src/locale.cc: Formatting tweaks.
	* testsuite/22_locale/ctype.cc (char<unsigned char>): Provide
	member functions.
