        (LIB2ADD): Remove LANG_LIB2FUNCS.
        (stage_a): Don't set LANG_LIB2FUNCS.
        * libgcc2.c (__terminate): Mark noreturn.
        (__pure_virtual): Remove.
        * mklibgcc.in: Remove LIB2ADD .txt processing.
