Tom Tromey ab8227fa45 jacks.exp (gcj_jacks_setup_xfail): New function.
* libjava.jacks/jacks.exp (gcj_jacks_setup_xfail): New function.
	(gcj_jacks_parse): Use it; set up xfails.
	* libjava.jacks/jacks.xfail: New file.
